Prices are reduced by 10% if you come to our offices.

What is included in our Fees?

All administrative costs
Attendance with you by an experienced solicitor and his/her advice
All travelling time within a 30km radius of Central Business District (CBD) and costs
Preparation of a draft Will for your approval
Preparation of the final Will for signing
Copying of your Will and permanent storage of your copy Will.

Joint tenancies and life interests

In the case of severance of joint tenancies and/or life interests, a quotation for our costs and fees to include the disbursements will be provided.

If life interests in property are to be created and/or variations of land ownership are required to enable effective Wills to be prepared, a quotation will be provided after our initial consultation with you.

Complex and testamentary trust Wills

Quotations will be provided for more complex Wills and for testamentary trust Wills. Advice and quotations will be provided after our initial consultation with you.
